With a view of giving Customers consistent and high quality workmanship, Prokote has installed automated blasting and coating equipment that has the ability to consistently abrasive blast to 2.SSA, 75 microns profile surface.
The machine also has the ability to coat the item to a thickness tolerance of 5-10 microns on various shaped items. This is all done in a continuous process and allows for a superior control of the consistency of our applications.
This equipment utilises the latest technology the Industry has to offer, it achieves consistent throughput and reduces Blasting and Painting time, producing a cost saving to our customers.
For a Structure approximately 5 tonne it takes around 8 hours to Blast and Prime leading to huge cost and time savings to our Customers. Costs can be reduced by 20 to 30%.
